End Times- God Dwells in Dark Clouds

The end times are gloom and doom Bible Prophecy predicts it from increases in violence, sexual immortality, natural disasters, wars, commotions, riots to dealing with the sinful acts of those around us.

Sin will increase, according to 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and many of us will be effected by the sins of others.  I have talked to many who have suffered dark clouds of depression from the unhappy lives that they have lived due to a family member’s sin.  Some have suffered loss and in the end times there sadly will be a good deal of loss and it is only going to increase.

The good news is that according to 1 Kings 8:12. God dwells in the dark cloud.

I hit a period of a long dark cloud over my life, I lost my mother and husband three months apart. Three months after my husband my sister in law who was also a good friend of mine passed away.  The holiday just passed and it was a sad and solemn time for me.   The best way to describe it is that it felt as if I was living in a dark cloud, as if a dark cloud was over me.  That is exactly what mourning the loss of a loved one or loved ones feels like. Dark clouds also encompass other difficult life situations.

1 Kings 8:12 states:
Then Solomon spoke: The Lord said He would dwell in the dark cloud.”

Here is am in my dark cloud, with a dark cloud over me and I happen to read in my Bible that God tells us that he dwells in the dark cloud.
I could not feel more encouraged than knowing that I was not alone, God is with me in my dark cloud.

So this is also my message to my readers and any who are effected by the sad life situations that come with living in these end times.

Jesus said, “I will never leave thee or forsake thee.”Hebrews 13;5)

Whatever dark cloud you are experiencing, God is with you, Jesus is with you. you are not alone.  He knows all of our suffering and pain and when we get to heaven there will be no more suffering.

Revelation 21:4, states: And God will wipe away ever tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.

The thought of no more tears, death, crying, pain, is something to look forward to.  What is so wonderful is that God is with us during our dark clouds and one day He will wipe away our tears.

In this last generation before the start of the Tribulation, this period is a dark cloud that is getting darker, and during  the Tribulation it will be at its darkest.

Know that despite all of the darkness in these end times, God is with us in the dark cloud if only we will turn to Him and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
